THE HUDSON

Located just 2 blocks off the Cuyuna Trail in Crosby-Ironton, the Hudson is a new restaurant concept bringing a restful refueling moment to outdoor adventurers, and a fun community hang out for locals. We offer convenient take away quick bites and linger-worthy sit down meals featuring breakfast, comfort foods, soups, salads, sandwiches and patio friendly charcuterie boards. Join us inside with our garage doors flung open, or enjoy outdoor dining by the fireplace with a barista-created specialty coffee or a handcrafted cocktail from our acclaimed mixologist. Kids and families will love our patio and giant lawn filled with fun and games! And as always - we have plenty of bike parking.

THE SETTING

The Hudson is located in the heart of the Cuyuna Iron Range where abandoned mines created thousands of acres of regenerated wilderness, containing world class biking trails and crystal clear lakes. It resides in the reclaimed space historically occupied by its namesake, the area’s Hudson auto dealership. The Hudson, its setting and its architecture pay homage to the region’s rich industrial heritage, and its new status as a premiere outdoor recreation destination.

THE FOLKS

In keeping with Northern Minnesota’s strong Nordic tradition, The Hudson is family owned and operated by the Lundquist family. They believe that the area is strong and growing even stronger, and they believe in Ironton: where people are made of steel.
